Very private finca with beautiful views of the mountains of Gaucin, located 35 minutes by car from the Costa del Sol and 60 minutes from Marbella. At the entrace of the finca there is a parking for several cars, next to the house there is a very nice pergola which gives access to the livingroom of the house, which has wooden beams on the roof and a majestic fireplace, from the livingroom you can access a nice covered terrace and the beautifull garden. On the same floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, two large bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and two fully equipped bathrooms. On the first floor there is the large master bedroom with wooden beams on the ceiling and a fully fitted ensuite bathroom. There is a guest house with a bedroom and a fully equipped bathroom. Outside there is a covered terrace with a nice relaxation area, a well-kept mature garden, a nice 8x4 pool, next to the pool there is a large terrace. There is a storeroom next to the house with a laundry area. It is a charming property, which enjoys beautiful views of the mountains of Gaucin.
