You enter into a hallway. To the right there's a guest toilet, and beyond it the master suite: a generous room with an ensuite bathroom and a deep, semi walk-in closet. The views from here are elevated over the lake and out to the sea, and the position is private, with no direct sightlines in.

To the left of the hallway, a kitchen opens into a large living room with high ceilings and big windows. The same elevated views carry through, over the lake, the sea, and Nueva Andalucía. From the living room you step out to the main terrace with a seating area, and a staircase leads down to a lower al fresco terrace with a plunge pool. It's a particularly nice spot in the evenings with candles. A small garden wraps around the house.
