Welcome to this spacious townhouse in popular Pueblo Cristina in the heart of Los Boliches in Fuengirola. With no less than 5 bedrooms with space for two beds in each, there is plenty of room for a large family or for many guests. The house is currently used for both private use and for rental with very good occupancy. On the entrance floor we find the newly renovated kitchen directly to the right and straight into the house we come to the living room and a terrace in a pleasant south-east orientation. Here you can enjoy the summer evenings without having a blazing sun over you. Outside the entrance there is a terrace with space for a table and chairs for breakfast in the shade in the summer. Upstairs we find 3 double bedrooms, of which the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower and the other two share one with a bathtub/shower. From here it is a stone's throw to the Swedish School and it is easy walking distance to grocery stores, transport and the sea and the local health center is only 100 meters away.
