The charming home is located in the rugged hills above the city of Málaga in Southern Spain. There are two separate dwellings. The main house is a large single story traditional finca much of which is likely to date back to the early part of the last century. Reform of the property was registered in 1996. The primary residential property has three bedrooms, Kitchen, a separate living room, family kitchen and bathroom as well as a laundry and various storage rooms. The smaller house is a one bedroom bungalow with open plan living room and kitchen and a good sized bathroom. In addition there is a large store and extensive covered terracing at the small house. The property is reached by an unmade road which is maintained by the town hall and is 1.6 kilometres from the main road. The peaceful and dramatically beautiful surroundings are suitable for those who wish to immerse themselves in a quiet and natural setting. The current owners are running a successful licenced kennels & cattery business with an excellent reputation. Regular repeat clients use the kennels/cattery to safely house their pets whilst away. Some of the clients live locally and others drive from neighbouring provinces.There are 21 dog lodges, 5 catteries, 6 short stay kennels and other small pets are looked after also. New owners are welcome to take over the business without additional charge.
