Adjacent to several magnificent golf resorts including Los Arqueros Country Club and La Quinta. Just a few minutes drive to the beach at San Pedro. 15 minutes to Marbella and 45 minutes to Malaga Airport. This lovely house oozes warmth and charm with it's original stone tiled floors and beamed, vaulted ceilings. Open fireplace. Large living room opens onto a very ample terrace with views to the sea and village. Fitted kitchen with American fridge freezer. The dining room is situated between the kitchen and terrace. Master bedroom with en suite including a fabulous 'roll-top bath' located on the upper level with it's own terrace with jacuzzi. 2 guest bedrooms, bedroom 3 with bathroom and steam shower on the lower level, 1 with en suite bathroom and a separate bathroom with large walk in shower. The heated pool is located adjacent to the house just a few steps away. La Heredia is an award winning pueblo and quite stunning to envisage.
