FINCA CUESTA DE LA VIÑA: This farm is located in the municipality of Montecorto, 15 minutes from Ronda, it has 18 hectares of which 3 are planted with vineyards and has an extension for another 9 hectares for planting plus 1 villa. It has a 500m2 building where the wine production and storage facilities are located. In addition, a study has been carried out and a political commitment has been made for the construction of a hotel on the property and also a possible luxury nursing home.
