Beautiful finca in the area of the Sierra de las Nieves at 7 kilometres from the village of Istán surrounded by cork oaks and pine trees, one kilometre from the famous Charco del Canalón of Istán, an incredible place surrounded by nature and tranquillity. The finca of about 2.000 square meters has a house, distributed in two bedrooms, a large kitchen dining room with large windows overlooking the mountains, a living room with a large fireplace, a bathroom and the possibility of making a terrace with panoramic views in the upper part of the house, also has a pool with pre-installation to convert it into a pool, and a tool shed with bathroom to avoid having to use the house in case of working the land or walk around the farm. The finca has fruit trees, avocado, apple, orange, pomegranate, fig and quince trees and an access with a rustic staircase to the end of the finca and walking about 100 metres from there you reach the banks of the green river. Truly a spectacular place to enjoy a peaceful and natural environment. The property is illuminated by solar panels and the water is collected from the river and made drinkable. There are no real costs for electricity or water, the electricity is collected from batteries.
