This property is located only a short distance from the town of Coin but retains the countryside feeling, the lovely avocado farm has just over 14,000m2 of gently sloping land which produces between 15-20,000€/year of avocados. There are also a few citric trees and space to plant trees of your choice. Currently the farm requires taking back into hand to be able to achieve full production. On the property there is a large, raised water deposit which is fill by well water and has a system to mix in fertilizers for irrigating the trees via the complete irrigation system already installed.
