This property is located only a short distance from the town of Coin but retains the countryside feeling, the lovely avocado farm has just over 14,000m2 of gently sloping land which produces between 15-20,000€/year of avocados. There are also a few citric trees and space to plant trees of your choice. Currently the farm requires taking back into hand to be able to achieve full production.
